About Department:

Department of Geography was established in 1946. Postgraduate course was started in 2007 - 2008. Department runs Undergraduate, Postgraduate courses. Till date department has produced many renowned scholars that are working in different fields of the society. Department has its own Library containing text and reference books and volumes of various Journals.

At present 01 faculty and 04 contributory teachers are working in the department.
